The box had already been opened, but i knew that, so it was ok. The base unit for the second phone was missing, so it was useless, they obviously hadn`t checked it before sending it to me. After contacting them, i was sent the base, still useless because the adapter was missing, so i sent a photo of the base, and asked for the adapter by express post, considering the delay, and their stuff up, but they didn`t. I received no reply, but the adapter came a week later. Worst experience since 2011.
